At StreamHorse, all sales are final. However, we are committed to ensuring our customers receive the correct items they ordered.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Please submit a problem report if you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order.
If you wish to return an item due to ordering the wrong size or color, you may request a reshipment of the correct item. Please note that a reshipment fee will apply to cover the costs of sending the correct size or color. For any such requests, contact Printful using the problem report linked above or reach out to support@printful.com.
If the address you provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to a Printful facility. Reshipment fees will apply to reship the products to the updated address.
Returns for sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
